What time service does Mednautix assure its clients?
MedNautix offers a time service of 13.5-14 days, to retrieve records Nationwide being an offshore partner.
How does Mednautix handle Paper records?
The paper records are not handled by us. In fact, the doctor’s office sends a copy of paper records directly to our clients.
How does Mednautix handle customer service calls?
We handle incoming calls/e-mails from Insurance Co.s’ representative.
Attend to Physician’s offices calls in regards to APS Requests.
What is the procedure does Mednautix follow to escalate a call to the supervisor or customer service in USA?
To escalate a call to supervisor, we have supervisors available on floor all the all time and solve out the things, there itself.
To escalate a call to Customer Service in US, we have one internal link througsh which agents directly e-mail them and make them aware of the situation.
How does Mednautix handle credit card payment and secure the cards from fraudulent activity?
We have a PNC Agreement signed by every employee whom the Credit Cards are provided.
The cards so provided are restricted for payment at hospitals and doctor’s office only.
The card information is saved on each Employee’s systems and no has its access other than that employee.
While make payment, we give out Credit Card information only on phone and it is never written and sent to the doctor/facility offices.
What are Mednautix’s security parameters?
Secure Smart Card, Secure premises login.
Network and Windows Login, PC Locking.
IT Access Agreement signed off by every employee.

What measures you have for Data protection?
We sign a NDA with the client and with our staff. We know that this is pivotal in reducing outsourcing risks.
We have firewalls/VNC for inbound and outbound security.
Systems do not have external storage devices like floppy/CD Drives/USB Ports, etc.
All out systems and e-mails are password protected.
We have anti-virus software implemented at both server and client level.
Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the office premises.
